A catalogue, not an online shop

The website presents the products we supply to professionals. No purchases are made online. The quote list is a request for a quotation and is not binding on either you or us. An agreement is concluded only when we confirm prices, quantities and availability in writing.

Prices

The “indicative prices” are wholesale prices excluding VAT and may change without notice. The cost per litre of solution and per serving are calculations based on the pack size and the manufacturer's recommended dilution. Logged-in customers see the prices of their agreement, which apply in accordance with the terms of the business relationship.

Product information and documents

Descriptions, photographs and technical details come from the manufacturers and suppliers. Safety data sheets and technical data sheets are provided as issued by the manufacturer, without changes. Before using a chemical product, always read the label and the safety data sheet.

Intellectual property

The texts, design and structure of the website belong to the company. Trademarks and product photographs belong to their respective owners.

Liability

We take care that the information is accurate and up to date, without guaranteeing that there will be no errors. The business starter guide suggests products and does not constitute legal or health and hygiene advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Rhodes have jurisdiction over any dispute.
