Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019.

What data we collect

• Contact form and quote request: full name, email, telephone, business name and type of business, your message and the products in your list.
• Customer account: name, email, password (stored encrypted) and the link to your customer record so that you can see your prices.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details in the server log files, for security and protection against abuse. We also record anonymously how many times each document is opened (without any details that identify you).

Why, and on what legal basis

• To respond to your request and send you a quotation: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• For the customer account and your prices: performance of the cooperation agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).
• For the security of the website: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations, where a transaction takes place: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not send marketing messages without your consent and we do not sell data to third parties.

How long we keep it

• Requests and messages that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 2 years.
• Customer data: for as long as the business relationship lasts and as required by tax legislation.
• Server log files: up to 90 days.

Recipients

The data is seen only by those company staff who need it in order to respond. Partners who provide services to us (website hosting, email delivery) process it on our behalf, under contract and within the European Union. [To be completed: hosting provider and email provider.]

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to us at info@cleanandpaper.gr and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
